You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To cancel an order, please contact Disc It using the contact information found below as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you in their original condition and unopened.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges / Warranty
Disc It only exchanges products if they are defective or arrive damaged. If you believe your product was damaged during shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your product.
