20' x 20' is the playing area required to play Disc It. The starting marker is placed 20' from the pole. However, you are able to modify this to fit smaller playing areas if desired!

Yes, this is a penalty if the player was still in motion and their momentum from the play caused them to cross the penalty zone immediately after the disc hits the ground.
